Kitchen-only renovation, from cabinetry and stone to appliances, lighting, and finishes. The typical Leman kitchen runs twelve to sixteen weeks on site once the design is locked and the cabinetry is in production.
Kitchen renovations are the most common entry point into a longer Leman relationship. The work touches every trade: demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinetry, stone, tile, paint, lighting, finishing.
The kitchen is where European finishes show up most clearly. Italian marble counters, Belgian custom millwork, German hardware, Spanish tile splashes. Leman manages the supplier coordination and lead times so the cabinets arrive on the date the schedule calls for.

Discovery and design
Site visit, scope discussion, design partnership with your architect or ours, structural assessment where applicable, fixed-price contract once design is finalized.
Construction
Daily site supervision by an owner or partner, weekly photo updates, fixed milestone schedule, transparent change-order process, fully insured and WSIB-compliant trades.
Closing
Pre-handover walk-through, deficiency resolution before keys change hands, final cleaning, one-year warranty work, twelve-month check-in visit.

Specifics
Cabinetry is the long-lead item. European bespoke millwork typically runs sixteen to twenty weeks from order to delivery. Domestic cabinet shops can compress to ten to twelve weeks. The choice gets made during design and locked in the contract.
Stone selection is done on the slab, not from a sample. Leman accompanies clients to the supplier yard for veining selection. The selected slab is reserved with a deposit and held until the cabinetry is installed and templated.
