Practice 04

European Finishes.

The differentiating practice. The finish is what separates a premium build from a luxury one.

What is included

What European Finishes covers.

Material sourcing. Supplier coordination across time zones. Customs and shipping management. On site installation supervision by trades trained to the specific material. A finish grade inspection at handover. Leman holds these relationships directly, and the lead times sit inside the project schedule from the design and pricing stage forward.

Material families

Three families, one standard.

Every finish falls into one of three families. Stone. Millwork. Metal and glass. Each is sourced, coordinated, and installed by trades trained to the material.

Black marble vanity with a vessel sink and a backlit oval mirror
Stone is chosen slab by slab, then book matched so the veining reads as one piece.
Walnut and marble kitchen with integrated appliances and a book matched stone backsplash
Millwork is built to the room, grain matched across every door and drawer.
Brushed copper trough sink under a wall mounted brass tap in black stone
Metal and glass carry the light, from solid brass fittings to backlit display.

Where the finish comes from

The supplier relationships are what separate a luxury home from a copy of a luxury home. Leman imports and installs across four European traditions.

  1. Marble  /  Italy

Marble from Italian fabricators, cut and finished to the slab.

  2. Millwork  /  Belgium

Millwork from Belgian shops, joined and grain matched.

  3. Windows  /  Germany

Windows from German manufacturers, engineered to the opening.

  4. Porcelain  /  Spain

Porcelain from Spanish studios, glazed and fired for the room.
