Bathroom renovations are the second most common entry point into a Leman relationship after kitchens. The work concentrates trade complexity into a small room: plumbing rough-in, waterproof membranes, tile setting, glass installation, brassware fitting.

Most bathroom projects pair a primary bath with one or two secondary baths on the same floor. Doing several at once compresses the schedule and keeps trade days efficient.

Discovery and design

Site visit, scope discussion, design partnership with your architect or ours, structural assessment where applicable, fixed-price contract once design is finalized.

Construction

Daily site supervision by an owner or partner, weekly photo updates, fixed milestone schedule, transparent change-order process, fully insured and WSIB-compliant trades.

Closing

Pre-handover walk-through, deficiency resolution before keys change hands, final cleaning, one-year warranty work, twelve-month check-in visit.

Specifics

Waterproofing and tile setting are the two craft moments worth dwelling on. Leman uses Schluter or Kerdi membrane systems behind every shower and pan. Tile is set by a specialist trade lead, not a generalist.

Brassware selection drives the rough-in. Once the brassware is selected (typically European, often unlacquered), the plumbing rough-in follows the manufacturer's specific dimensions. Switching brassware after rough-in means re-cutting walls.
